Hightower Angelley Attorneys Allege Remington Destroyed Critical Evidence and Request that Documents be Made Public

by hightangle on December 8, 2010

Hightower Angelley attorneys allege that Remington destoyed critical evidence.  Rifles that failed in Remington’s hands immediately before shipment are unavailable for inspection, and that denies victims the right to use Remington’s own test failures against it in litigation.  Remington has promised an aggressive response to the motion.  In a second motion, the third of its kind filed by Hightower Angelley attorneys, we allege that documents labeled “confidential” should be released to the public.  Both motions are available on the public PACER federal court filing system.  The case is Charles Bledsoe v. Remington Arms.
